Harmonious Blend of Form and Function
Situated on a generously sized lot, this residence was designed with an open canvas, allowing for a creative and unconstrained approach. The layout prioritizes the spectacular northern views by positioning the living, kitchen, and dining areas to face north, ensuring these spaces are bathed in natural light and panoramic scenery.
The bedrooms are thoughtfully oriented to capture the morning light and refreshing breezes, enhancing the comfort and tranquility of private spaces. Services are strategically located on the southern part of the house, protected from the harsh western sun, optimizing the home's energy efficiency and durability.
The design features two contrasting pavilions that share a cohesive architectural language yet utilize distinct materials to highlight their individuality. These pavilions are seamlessly connected by an elegant entrance hall, which not only serves as a central organizing element but also provides a harmonious flow between the two distinct areas.
This residence exemplifies a sophisticated integration of space and environment, offering a balanced and visually striking living experience.
