Located on the slopes of Ocean Shores in Northern NSW, this dual occupancy residence is a demostration to thoughtful design and efficiency, tailored for an owner-builder. The house masterfully navigates the challenges of the sloped terrain, turning them into opportunities for creating generous and functional living spaces.

The design focuses on maximizing natural light and aspect, ensuring that each home is filled with warmth and brightness throughout the day. Smart and efficient materials were chosen to enhance the overall sustainability and comfort of the residence.

In response to the coastal climate, the design incorporates effective shading solutions to protect against the summer sun, ensuring a cool and comfortable environment indoors. This harmonious blend of natural light, efficient materials, and strategic shading creates a residence that is both stylish and resilient in its coastal setting.
