Contemporary Country House
Nestled in the fertile wine valleys of central Chile, Muro House emerges as a serene holiday retreat, perfectly attuned to its picturesque countryside setting. Designed to cater to a tranquil escape, the residence is thoughtfully organized into two distinct volumes: one housing the living areas and the other dedicated to the bedrooms.
A generous covered terrace extends from the house, providing essential protection from the summer sun and creating a comfortable outdoor living space. This design element not only enhances the house's functionality but also seamlessly integrates it with its natural surroundings.
Surrounded by lush vineyards and offering sweeping views of the surrounding hills, Muro House embraces its environment with grace. The use of traditional masonry combined with exotic Bolivian hardwood creates a sophisticated blend of classic and contemporary styles, reinterpreting the quintessential 'Chilean country home' for modern living.
